Royal Violins was very professional and played beautifully. They arrived early to set up and played lovely classical music during our cocktail hour which added just the right touch to the evening. After dinner, they played a variety of Broadway and contemporary music. We had so many compliments on their performance and the variety of music that they played. Their performance was enjoyed by all of our guests and we would highly recommend Royal Violins for anyone seeking beautiful music with a classic touch!

Royal Violins was everything we could have asked for in a string trio. They were professional, on time, and played the music (both that we selected and they chose) beautifully. All of our guests were very impressed. Thank you for making the day extra special.

If you don't mind the cellist's cell phone going off in the middle of your ceremony and you don't get offended by the cellist rolling her eyes at your priest while he performs the ceremony then I would recommend Royal Violins. In addition, if you don't mind the trio bringing three of their uninvited family members, one being a young girl, to sit in the pews with your family and later to eat and drink at your cocktail hour, then I would say by all means hire them. At least the extra guests dressed up for the occasion. My suggestion...you pay for what you get. Do yourself a favor and don't.

Hello Jamie, Thanks for the negative feedback even after you and your husband personally thanked us after we finished playing cocktail hour. Therefore I would like to take an opportunity and express my vision. First of all I’d like to apologize for my cellist's cell phone. I agree it was totally inappropriate for such an event and she was penalized. But the rest of your feedback sounds absolutely unfair and prejudiced. Royal Violins added that special touch that we were looking for during our wedding ceremony. Julia was wonderful to work with, and extremely accommodating in terms of the music we wanted played at the ceremony. They arrived earlier than we had agreed on, and played while guests were being seated and during the ceremony. I know an all-fives rating sounds too good to be true, but Royal Violins really lived up to it. We had a somewhat unusual service with a somewhat unusual mix of music, but Julia never skipped a beat, working with us to create unique arrangements, and adjusting the booking time when specifics of the event were in flux. As for the day of, they even arrived early to practice with our vocalists. Their custom arrangement of Such Great Heights by Postal Service was absolutely beautiful. The Royal Violins are very talented, very professional, and simply a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a great way to add something special to your event, look no further.

The Royal Violins are not just excellent performers but very accommodating and have a great sense of what is appropriate for the occasion and people gathered. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Royal Violins performance at our wedding. They were professional, talented, and their performance was fantastic! I felt absolutely beautiful walking down the aisle listening to their rendition of Canon in D. All of my guests loved enjoying the cocktail hour while they played.
