Lucky Penny did it again - our group had a great time! They came early, stayed late, and played fun music that had us dancing all night. They are our go to band, and we will most definitely use them again. They were nice enough to help me hang a sign while they were warming up!
We had people from other parties coming over to find out who the band was, and they commented how our party was more fun! People in my group came up and commented how great they are and how they really made the party, and the staff catering the event said they were one of the best bands they have seen.
I highly recommend hiring Lucky Penny - you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Lucky Penny play at our wedding. We could not have asked for a more accommodating, fabulous, fun, and entertaining band. Every single guest raved about how wonderful they were, and we could not keep people off the dance floor! They truly listened to our requests, and played all of the songs we love. Friends of ours planning their own weddings were begging for their information, and could not believe we were able to find such a FUN FUN FUN band! If you are looking for a live band on your special day, book Lucky Penny. They acted with true professionalism and were great entertainment. They were very talented with all of their songs. I would recommend Lucky Penny for any event.

Lucky Penny was more than we could have asked for! My husband and I were nervous when choosing a band due to past band "fails" from other weddings we had been too, but boy were our fears calmed! Their guitarist Ian Brandon played at our ceremony and then Lucky Penny started during cocktail hour, where they played nice "cocktail" music. After about 1 1/2 hours we had the first dances and toast and I asked Lucky Penny to get the party started and from that point on the dancing never stopped! We feel that with Lucky Penny's help our wedding was the best party we had ever been too! Thank you!

Lucky Penny played for our wedding of about 150 people and they were incredibly talented, professional, and, most importantly, entertaining. I had 40 or 50 people come up to me and tell me how awesome the band was.
They started with some soft acoustic music during dinner and then as people started finishing up they kicked it up a few notches and ROCKED THE HOUSE.
I would recommend them for any event. If you're looking for a cheesy wedding band with a tuba player, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a group of talented, down-to-earth, professional ROCKERS who will put on an all-killer, no-filler performance, then look no further than Lucky Penny.

We booked Lucky Penny online for our wedding and could not have made a better choice. From the moment we started contact with the band, they were helpful, friendly and professional. We were so excited to meet them on our wedding day and they were even better than we could have imagined. They were extremely accommodating and played all our requests. The band was wonderful. They learned 2 new songs for me and were really good on them. They read the crowd and made sure they were entertained. Everyone said how great the band was. We booked Lucky Penny based on what we had read on gigmasters and could not have been more pleased. They were always available for questions leading up to the event. They learned an entirely new song to play during our first dance. Lucky penny arrived on time and dressed appropriately for our event. They made all the announcements and set the mood during dinner. Then they rocked the night away with music for everyone young and old. They really have fun and it shows. That makes a big difference. Talk about talent. Lucky Penny has great vocalists, guitars, bass, drums, and keys, the whole package. Lucky Penny is the right choice.

Lucky Penny is a fun, energetic and talented band. They were extremely professional and communicative before the event and even learned 2 songs that we requested. Everyone had a great time and commented repeatedly how much they loved the band. We will definitely have them back for next year's event.
