The Dolce Ensemble helped to create a magical atmosphere for my gallery opening. Many guests expressed how much they enjoyed the variety of selections played during the performance. I recommend them highly.

The Dolce Ensemble was great. They played at the ceremony and did a beautiful job on One Hand One Heart from West Side Story - they enchanted all out guests. While we were waiting for my daughter to come down the aisle, they played You Take My Heart Away from Rocky which got everybody in the mood. The violist was especially good here. They also played at the reception - probably the most memorable moment was my son in law's dancing with his mother to a very funky version of Foxy Lady. Overall The Dolce Ensemble was great and I heartily recommend them.

The Dolce Ensembles performance at our Shareholders Luncheon was excellent. From when we contracted their services until the end of their performance, every detail was handled in a very professional manner. Our guests enjoyed the ambience they created as well as their wonderful music. We will most definitely be contacting them for our other events.

Me and my fiancé have very eclectic musical tastes and we requested songs which ranged from “Going the Distance” from Rocky to “At Last” by Etta James to “Ghojira” from Godzilla. Dolce Ensemble was able to beautifully perform all of the songs we requested. I heard nothing but kudos from my guests about how great Dolce Ensemble sounded. Dolce Ensemble made sure my ceremony was elegant, classic and memorable. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for the same experience!

I hired Susan and The Dolce Ensemble to help my client promote the release of entertainmentOne's new film A LATE QUARTET by playing a special string performance of Beethoven selections in Penn Station on the day of the film's release. Not only were they extremely talented, but also very flexible with our unconventional request and venue! I would definitely recommend hiring them for any kind of event and hope to be able to use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the Dolce Ensemble at our wedding ceremony. We had solid communication throughout, they performed the songs we requested and even rehearsed a bit with our friend who sang a song with them. they did not let me know their electrical needs and it caused some confusion on arrival. it would be great in the future if they offer this information in advance. it would have made everyone more comfortable on arrival. they are great and the service is amazing - i will use again and again

We love the Dolce Ensemble! Susan responded to our bid immediately and provided all of the necessary information quickly to help us make an informed decision regarding booking them. In addition, she was not only willing but also enthusiastic about arranging a special request song for us. After we chose our song list, Susan emailed to remind us that the piece we picked for our first dance would be difficult to waltz to and made suggestions for better pieces. Because of Susan's professionalism, we pulled off the first dance! Finally, everyone at our wedding reception loved Dolce and complimented them constantly. I highly recommend this group!

DO NOT USE FOR A WEDDING!! I worked with Susan. I picked two songs from the list they provided; one for my bridal party's entrance and then one for my entrance with my Father. I paid $2000 for an hour of service, basically $1,000 a song and they somehow messed it up by playing one song two times. I was very unhappy and when I confronted Susan she told me it was my fault because no one cued her. I would think that the long pause, maid of honors entrance, the close of the church doors along with everyone standing up was a good enough cue but apparently not. I should have been reimbursed for a portion of my payment since they did not deliver what we had agreed upon.
