The string duo we hired through Cedarchest was so talented and professional. Julie was easy to reach and always responded quickly. The music added a special touch of elegance to our ceremony and reception. They were fantastic!!!

Professional in every positive way. Lovely background music for our wedding guests arrivals and after-ceremony cocktail party...wonderful collection of classical, jazz & pop music interpreted in a perfect way to add a wonderful ambiance to the event. Had a great experience planning the music selections with Julie. She made the process very easy and I didn't have to worry about a thing - they were efficient, did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced for their quality of service. From the beginning Julianna worked with me with great professionalism and ease in making arrangements for my wedding music selections. I was able to customize the songs that I wanted for the ceremony. The best part was that Julianna and I arranged a surprise song at the grand entrance for the reception for my groom. He was so emotional when he heard the song and that was the special part of our big day. I received so many compliments at my wedding, and even after, of how beautiful the music was. If you want to kick your wedding up a few notches this group will do that for you!

Overall the musicians were prompt in arriving the day of and practiced in the room next to the ceremony location. The biggest issue was the bridal entrance song had an abrupt ending on the "beauty and the beast" song and the overall song seemed a bit off beat and the tune almost unrecognizable at first. The other songs went very well but because the bride's grand entrance seemed to flop (which is probably the highlight of the wedding event), the rating went accordingly.

Unfortunately I and my usual Cedarchest Music Musicians were not able to play this wedding due to another job we had elsewhere.The groom requested that I supply him with another Quartet for their Ceremony. I hired four extremely fine, educated,finished players that are very well known and respected in the music business and I support their performance skills 100%.After my asking the players how the event went, they said it was very successful and that the Bride and Groom seemed happy.Maybe the groom was not familiar with that particular arrangement used for Beauty and The Beast.
