She was exceptionally professional. I had to cancel the previously scheduled harpist due to not having liability insurance (required by the venue) and was able book Jacque. She had a contract, event sheet, insurance, all which put her above and beyond in terms of professionalism. She played beautifully and raised our event to the next level.

Jacqueline was fabulous! She arrived in plenty of time. Her music was absolutely beautiful. She had quite a repertoire of classical music. She played it with feeling and precision. Besides her music, she is a nice and sweet person. I can't wait to get her Christmas CD that she will be mailing us.

Jacqueline did an EXCELLENT job! We had the opportunity to hire her to perform BGM for our Mother's Day brunch. We received many compliments from the guests and staff alike.
