Matthew Friedman & Stiletto have been one of the NY Metropolitan area’s top dance/rock/pop bands for more than ten years. With a repertoire spanning eight decades, Stiletto has everyone covered, and will have your family and guests on the dance floor all night long. Led by Matthew Friedman, who for three years was “The Piano Man” for the National touring company of Billy Joel’s Tony-Award winning musical, MOVIN’ OUT… Matthew even played Billy’s wedding back in 2004, and has more than 20 years of experience in the wedding/corporate event/private party world. His band is comprised of some of the region’s most sought-after musicians, with credentials including Diana Ross, Rob Thomas, Bruce Hornsby, Dennis DeYoung of Styx, etc. in addition to the traditional party band configuration, Stiletto also does all-request Dueling Pianos events (under a separate price point) throughout the region, combining a 10,000+ song repertoire with comedy and audience participation.
