I really appreciate Superhero Agency being able to accept my booking last minute. The gentlemen that I spoke to was very nice & understanding. He was able to find a Santa for my event & communicated with me every step up until my event. I highly recommend this company. If I ever need a character, I will without a doubt use them again.

If I could give Santa Jeff more than five stars i would! He was THE MOST AUTHENTIC Santa that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring! He was so very interactive with the children on every level and all our guests loved him!!!!!

I hired Minnie Mouse for my daughter's 5th birthday party, so I was expecting a female to be the performer. A guy called me.amd said he would be late and that he would take $50 off. Once he arrived, his performance wasn't the best. I was doing most of the work. I was very disappointed with the overall performance and how things were handled.
