Ken Lambert Music String Quartet from Atlanta, GA

At Ken Lambert Music we provide live entertainment for weddings, private parties, corporate events, concert recitals and other special ocassions. Choose from a string quartet, trio or solo violin. Also available are brass and woodwind ensembles. About the owner- Kenny's passion for the violin started just before his 3rd birthday when he first picked up the family fiddle. Ever since, he's barely set it down. Raised in a small town north of Sonoma County, California, Kenny was heavily influenced by his musical family. He quickly developed his passion for playing and became active in the local music scene, playing with local artists and developing his own distinctive style. Kenny's true passion is for teaching the Violin. He began teaching his siblings around his 8th birthday. He currently works with top violin students from across North Georgia. When not teaching, Kenny enjoys touring with various artists, including some of his favorite Rock, Country, and Bluegrass bands. Kenny has shared the stage with Yo Yo Ma, Joshua Bell, Robin Thicke, Marc Anthony, Wynonna Judd and Casting Crowns. He has performed in all of the major venues in Atlanta and the arenas of most major U.S. cities. As his day job, Kenny plays professional Classical Violin. He has held full time positions in several Orchestras and currently holds is first violin for the Greenville Symphony Orchestra in Greenville, South Carolina. Kenny holds a Master's degree from Florida State in Violin and lives with his wife, Amanda, and two children in Lawrenceville, GA.
